A terribly old photo from 26th of June 2009. I used to go and take photos of the student summer days, which had lots of sports, but also lots of drinking. Guys made lots of jokes and were funny, as this one here, but also drank a lot. Long live sports, eh?

The red squirrel

The red squirrel or Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris) is a species of tree squirrel in the genus Sciurus common throughout Eurasia. The red squirrel is an arboreal, omnivorous rodent.

In Great Britain, Italy and Ireland, numbers have decreased drastically in recent years. This decline is associated with the introduction by humans of the eastern grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) from North America and habitat loss. Due to this, without conservation the species could be extirpated from Britain by 2030.

While we stayed with our host in Helsinki, we were able to explore some of the ever so famous activity in India - kite running. I was also introduced by the movie and a book, which I really enjoyed and recommend to get your knowledge on, on kite running.

I get so carried away every time a building that was there is no longer there, all the memories, fun, joy, struggles and comfort the building offered will stay, but the comforting walls are gone. This photo was taken in a night club that once was the club for only few and it seemed out of the reach for many, introducing the best parties in even all over Estonia, but later turned into a club for earth salt. But many great memories with friends and photography events stay strong in my memory...now no more of that house. R.I.P. Club Tallinn.
