Risto?
I really can't remember his name, but I came across to him while taking photos at Club Tallinn. He and his brother were very friendly and wanted their pictures taken. They weren't the average rude posers, but kind of interesting. The older brother took his shirt off in the middle of the dancing floor. Light was on my side, amen!

Looking for home
The latest session I had with an animal who was looking home, happened to be this cute cat. Sometimes it makes me wonder how the animals know how to pose so nice for the photo. They often are true talents, but I think that is how they are in every sense anyway.

People with microphones vol. 1
Eh, yeah, another new series. This time something very average, I must say, but it seems to be a plentiful in my collection :) The first and the last shots are from this years Tallinn Music Week Alo Wala and Tommy Ca$h respectively. In the middle is a photo of Sean Nicholas Savage from 2012 Schilling in Kilingi-Nõmme.

Tauno Kangro
Tauno Kangro is a well-known Estonian sculptor. I have talked to him just briefly, but he is a very pleasant guy as far as I know. He has done many important works and I believe he is a celebrity sculptor. He resides in Tallinn, where he also has his studio, but recently it said in the news that his granite house a very extraordinary structure has been put to sale due to his debt.
Check his works HERE.

Lennart and Vladimir
Tartu is a small, but in a way very liberal town. Liberal for its acceptance of graffiti in this case. We had just in the end if April a wonderful street art festival "Stencibility" and few public spaces were given for participating artists to cover the empty walls with their creativity. I have seen few great huge walls here and now, but perhaps the most intriguing was the Sõpruse bridge double graffiti. It was so original, that it was covered soon with the current design you can see on my photo. That wasn't the end of it, as the saga went on. You can see the full development from the original to what it is now HERE.

Ott Lepland
I do not know Ott Lepland personally. I think, at least I can't remember talking to him. He is famous for his singing and something else. Anyway he is an Estonian singer, who is best known as the winner of the third season of Eesti otsib superstaari. Lepland represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan with the song "Kuula" placing 6th in the final.
In 2010, Lepland released his self-titled first album after winning the Estonian version of Pop Idol. The self-titled album consists of 12 songs, including singles "Otsides ma pean su jälle leidma", "Süte peal sulanud jää", etc.
You can find more about him from Google :)

Eurasian nuthatch
The Eurasian nuthatch or wood nuthatch (Sitta europaea) is a small passerine bird found throughout temperate Asia and in Europe, where its name is the nuthatch. Like other nuthatches, it is a short-tailed bird with a long bill, blue-grey upperparts and a black eye-stripe. It is a vocal bird with a repeated loud dwip call. There are more than 20 subspecies in three main groups; birds in the west of the range have orange-buff underparts and a white throat, those in Russia have whitish underparts, and those in the Far East have a similar appearance to European birds, but lack the white throat.
More about nuthatch HERE.

Karl Kukke
I got to know Karl when he approached me and offered to shoot in Club Tallinn. That call was the end of my long-time co-operation at Illusion. They explained that your soul basically belongs to one club only. In a small place like Tartu you try to get as many gigs as possible, so well then, bye Illusion.
I had fun shooting at Club Tallinn, though it is not my scene, none of the night-club scene was/is. Karl was nice person and easy to get along with, somebody you can talk to and do not feel bad while doing it, as with some other people. I enjoyed doing co-operation with him. Here you can see him DJ-ing, as that what he does as well.
