Urmas Kruuse

This cool and smiley guy used to be the mayor of Tartu. I do not know exactly how we met, but we used to meet in the most random situations in Tartu. He was always there to have a moment of talk with me, which of course was a big honor for me, since his schedule was probably double-booked, as the schedule's of any special doctors in Estonia! I was very sad when he went to parliament in Tallinn and the new mayor took the seat. I always think of this particular Tartu Student Spring Days session, when he waved me so nicely accompanied with a big smile.
