Foreign Ministry large hall aka „kilukarbisaal“

I think I have posted previously photos of the large hall of the Foreign Ministry in Tallinn. I had a little set left, so I am posting it now. Showing the infamous tin can ceiling, its soviet design and the little world put up there for the architectural biennial.
