Kuno Plaan Bakery vol.1

Kuno Plaan Bakery has been around since 1995. The old owner has passed on for some years now, but the business still goes strong and the pastry and sweets they produce are well-loved in Estonia. 

Some years ago, I had an excellent opportunity to visit the premises in Tallinn, on Regati Blvd. I had never been to a place like this and without proper preparation, I came across this little series I will be sharing this week.
